This paper explores the intricacies of managing supply chains in areas affected by conflict, with a specific focus on the Pak-Afghan border. This study identifies noteworthy risks linked with operating in conflict zones, including transportation disruptions, regulatory uncertainties, and the potential for violence effecting personnel and assets.
